here are the steps....
SOFTWARES NEEDED-

2.download  Hotspot Shield-here :
DOWNLOAD HOTSPOT SHIELD

PROCEDURE-

1. Install both the applications.

2. Go totuitalkand register yourself there.

3. After the registration just open tuitalk and enter your details but DO NOT CLICK ON SIGN IN.


4. After you have installed hotspot shield, an icon will appear in the taskbar, right click on it and click on Connect/On.
