I think that they have collected the data from all the electoral lists of the respective states and compiled them together...so if your age is less than 18 or your name is not present on the electoral list,probably you won't find your details...still you can confirm it...just try once...i was able to find my information on this site...anyways a good attempt which will surely be useful in some way or the other...
