Apparently, Samsung is working on a 3D smartphone and according to ETNews, the device is expected to be released sometime in Q4 2011. Well, it is obvious that the manufacturer wants its own 3D smartphone in the market and yes, it will obviously run Android.
This device is expected to be called the Samsung Galaxy 3D and there is no further explanation needed on this. It is likely to be powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Exynos processor and run Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It may have a 4.3-inch LCD touchscreen and dual 8 megapixel camera to capture 3D. It will also include a HDMI output to stream 3D content on a 3D TV.
For now, this all we know about this upcoming smartphone.
